 MISSION STATEMENT
Our purpose is to Reach people for Jesus Christ
Teach people to be daily disciples of Jesus Christ
Heal and nurture people in the name of Jesus Christ

Greetings, friends, in the name of Jesus.

Relationships.  You have heard me speak a great deal about developing relationships especially the relationship we have with the Lord Jesus.  Through him God wants a personal relationship with us.  Personal.  There are many types of relationships we can have with others but it is the personal ones that count the most.  We are called upon to "carry each other's burdens, and in this way [we] will fulfill the law of Christ."  Galatians 6:2 NIV.  We can only carry each other's burdens (prayer) in proportion to the personal relationship we have or feel with them.

One of the joys in the events of the church such as VBS is watching relationships grow among people who might not really have known each other.  As we come to know each other as we work with each other, a bond is developed that was not there previously.  Hallelujah!  Pray for more events!

Beginning in July, the Stewardship/Evangelism committee will be reading and discussing articles from Circuit Rider.  All articles in this month's issue are on evangelism and hospitality and the thrust of the articles is developing relationships.  I ask that we, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, be open to the committee's leadership in reaching out to lead others to Christ.

            Grace and peace, Bro. Harold

I am no longer my own, but thine. Put me to what you will. Rank me with whom you will. Put me to doing; put me to suffering. Let me be employed for thee or laid aside for thee, exalted for thee or brought low for thee. Let me be full. Or let me be empty. Let me have all things. Or let me have nothing. I freely and heartily yield all things to thy pleasure and disposal.   Amen
